Beef tenderloin with herbs easy recipe Ingredients for 4 people
 4 beef tenderloin (about 200 gr. Each raw)
For the aromatic rings:
4 tablespoons margarine (you'll have left at room temperature) 1 teaspoon grated lime or lemon 1 tablespoon very finely chopped dill 1 tablespoon very finely chopped parsley 1 tablespoon very finely chopped basil ½ teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper

Mix well margarine with all the spices in a bowl. Take a small piece of greaseproof paper towels or transparent film. Put the mixture of herbs and margarine at home and wrap to form a small cylinder. Put in the freezer. Bake the fillets in the oven (or even better on the grill). Serve each fillet on top by placing a thick pad flavoring margarine. Accompany with fresh green salad and pieces of sun dried tomatoes! |
