Ingredients 700 gr. haricot, boiled 2 pieces onions 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt
Preparation Advance: You can very well be the remnants of yesterday beans or canned beans, or awakened from a jar to use. Instead of lemon juice can also use vinegar. German cabbage rolls with vegetarian mince (Kohlroulades)
Ingredients A piece of cabbage, Chinese 250 gr. mince, vegetarian 150 ml. water 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 piece onion 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. spices, Mexican Salt
Preparation Materials needed: frying pan or wok, possibly stoomgerei. Instead of Chinese cabbage, you can also take chard or cabbage. For example, the vegetarian mince Tivall a mix without sugar or starch.
Place in a steamer pan or about a pint of water to a boil. Remove the outer cabbage leaves 8 off (the rest of the carbon is not used for this meal). Using a sharp knife the hard part of the grain.
