Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Below is another easy recipe for banana cream yogurt ice cream maker that does not need to manufacture and contains no eggs!


The enforcement procedure of the recipe is easy and does not even need milk!
The ice cream is very healthy, light and cool, what should say to the hot summer days!
If you like bananas and yogurt, then the ice will amaze you! Make ice cream and you will not lose!

Ingredients we need are only the following 4:

* 1 pound of bananas
* 200 gr yogurt
* 1/4 cup (about 50 gr) powdered sugar
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

1. Peel bananas and cut into small slices.
2. The spread on a baking pan (or a wide bowl) and put in freezer for at least 16 hours.
3. Let the yogurt well in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Once bananas are frozen, remove from the refrigerator and add to blender.
5. Puree the possible speed for 4-5 minutes.
6. Put in blender and yogurt, sugar and lemon juice and continue to mash for 2-3 more minutes until mixture is smooth.
7. Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and leave in freezer for 7-8 hours.
8. For best results, we can draw in between 1-2 times the ice cream from the freezer and stir well with a spoon.


The amount of ice cream produced is about 1 liter.
Just pull the mixture from the blender, we can eat ice cream directly (ie without putting it in the freezer) and a very soft and comes in liquid form. But it's good to put in the freezer (even for 1-2 hours).
If you do not like yogurt, you can easily miss. In this case you will have a very healthy ice cream / sorbet banana (even lenten)!
Before you eat ice cream, leave for 5 minutes to soften maintenance.
We can serve ice cream with syrup of your choice and as decoration pieces can add banana truffles or cookies.
