BURGER Chicken with Roquefort sauce is an easy recipe for the kids For the burgers: 450 gr. Chicken meal 4 slices bacon, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 230 gr. chopped mushrooms 25 gr. butter 120 gr. grated bread 1 egg 1 / 2 teaspoons thyme For the sauce: 130 gr. blue cheese cut into small pieces 4 teaspoons mayonnaise For garnish: Chopped onions
Description: Place the butter in a pan, add the bacon and onions and fry until onions soften (without getting color), add garlic and mushrooms, strengthens the heat and let our ingredients to boil until the liquid evaporated stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool. Place remaining ingredients in our blender, add the onion mixture and beat until well mixed. Make the mix of our six burgers, leave them for two hours in the refrigerator and then bake them in the grill on both sides.
