 1 kg boiled potatoes 2 dried onions 1 teaspoon sweet paprika ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons butter or sunflower oil 3 slices bacon Salt
How we make BRATKARTOFFELN:
Cut the potatoes into four, if small, or six, if greater. In a pan add butter or oil, and add just burn the bacon cut into small pieces. When cooked, remove it from the pan and add the onions cut into thin slices, until xanthynoun. Add the potatoes, add spices and stir well until they color. Add the bacon and mix again.
