AUBERGINES WITH PEPPERS & FETA ,easy and healthy food. 1 pound long green peppers
2 pounds eggplant long
feta cheese
1.2 tablespoons oil
2-3 cloves garlic
2 cups fresh tomato
1 / 2 cup chopped parsley Performance 1st way: Cut the eggplant into slices and sauté them slightly. Cut pieces of the slice and put one piece in each eggplant. Place the Pyrex in the oven until you tie all the ingredients well. 2nd way: After sauté them just the aubergines and peppers, to put in a Pyrex, placing them in layers. First aubergines and peppers after. Saute the garlic and add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Wait until sauce thickens, then add a little more than the peppers we have put in Pyrex. We put another layer of eggplant and peppers. Pour a little more pepper. Cut the slice into very thin slices and place them over the peppers. Pour over the rest of the slice of tomato sauce and put the Pyrex in the oven until you tie all the ingredients well. |
