Lasagna baked with tomato sauce recipe




A very easy and delicious recipe for when we have time and want to impress our friends


Lasagna baked with tomato sauce ingredients for 6 servings:
500 Gr Lasagne
250 Gr Tomato Juice
8 slices of ham, Mortadella or another of your choice
8 slices cheese of your choice
1 medium onion dry
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

Preparation:

* In a saucepan with salted water, cook the noodles for about 10 minutes.
* Then the Mortadella and finely chop the onion and put in a pot to brown in a casserole.
* Add the tomato juice, salt, pepper and oregano, and after getting the sauce to a boil let simmer 10 minutes and is ready.
* Finally put it in a pyrex lasagne that before we sourosei and we have prepared sauce and mix together. Lay the slices over the cheese and put the pyrex in the oven at 180 degrees until golden and cheese melts.
