Red Mullet stuffed is a delicius food to try and enjoy your time

Ingredients 1 medium tomato, peeled and cut into small blocks 2 / 3 cup chopped parsley leaves, plus sprigs for garnish 3.4 2 / 3 cup olive oil Salt and black pepper plenty 4 large red mullet, cleaned, washed and dried with paper towels 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice, or more 2 tablespoons water In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes (drain the liquid if it has many), half the chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper.
Put the mixture is 1.2 tablespoons in the belly of every mullet, and seal them with thick cotton thread that will wrap around each fish, not to empty the filling.
Cover the fish and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and 1 hour to be marinated.
Prepare a charcoal grill or preheat the grill well.
Spread the fish with olive oil on both sides, and bake about 8 minutes each side, until tight. Caution, not to cook.
